- We Are Looking For People Who Can Speak & Understand English Fluently.
- We Are Looking For A Call Centre Quality Assurance Executive (QAE) Who Is An Ideal Candidate Is Responsible For Assessing The Performance Of Our Sales Executives Who Deal With Our Existing Drivers, Agents And Customers.
- A Quality Assurance Executive (QAE) In Call Centres Is A Chief Executive That Ensures Their Agents Are Performing According To The Standards Of The Company That They Are Working For.
 
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Perform Other Duties As Assigned.
- Working With Uk Based Supervisors.
- The Quality Assurance Executive (QAE) Will Monitor Our Inbound And Outbound Calls And Sent & Received Emails.
- The Quality Assurance Executive (QAE) Will Ensure Technical Accuracy, Customer Service Performance, And Conformity To Company Policies And Procedures.
- Participate In Customer And Client Listening Programs To Identify The Customers Needs And Expectations.
 
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Must Be A Fast Typer.
- Excellent Listening Skills.
- Solid Time Management Skills.
- Creative Ability & Writing Proficiency.
- Must Be A Self-Motivator And Self-Starter.
- Focus On Quality And Customer Service.
- Exceptional Listening And Analytical Skills.
- Must Have Two Screens (2 Laptop Or Computers)
- Ability To Report To Management On A Daily Basis
- Good Planning And Written Communication Skills.
- Ability To Plan Ahead And Work Under Pressure.
- Must Have Previous Experience In QA (Quality Assurance)
- Excellent Verbal, Written, And Interpersonal Communication Skills.
- Must Be Proficient With Google Drive (Google Docs & Google Sheets).
- Must Adapt Well To Change And Successfully Set And Adjust Priorities As Needed.
- Ability To Multitask And Successfully Operate In A Fast-Paced, Team Environment.
- Must Have Prior Experience As Call Centre Quality Assurance Executive (QAE)

- Self-Motivated.
- Fluent English Speakers.
- Ability To Remain Calm Under Pressure.
- Flexible Work Ethic, With A Polite Manner.
- People Who Are Not Lazy & Who Really Want To Work.
- Willing To Provide Cover For Colleague Absences When Required.
- Willing To Work Monday - Sunday On A 8, 10 Or 12 Hour Shift (UK Timings)
 
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐞 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐟 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡:
- An Individual Who Does A 8 Hour Shift Wages Are 20,000 PKR Per Month.
- An Individual Who Does A 10 Hour Shift Wages Are 30,000 PKR Per Month.
- An Individual Who Does A 12 Hour Shift Wages Are 40,000 PKR Per Month.
